Chad Carter

  • My vision is to form a blue zone, regenerate farmland and Kaipara harbour, leave a healing legacy for NZ society, have an urban escape and food security, and a place to raise children.

  • With a property management degree and over two decades of extensive experience in business planning, finance, and project management, including successfully launching numerous ventures, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. My skill set is further enriched by exceptional people management abilities and a proven track record of devising innovative solutions to overcome challenges.

Joe Swamy

  • I love being in community and I especially love being part of communities that host festivals. My connection to the land and the people made the decision easy.

  • I have experience in mediating between residents at communities if there is conflict and I believe my experience around managing festivals / building infrastructure / gardening / growing food and building community are good skillsets to help Ariki.
